  We were fortunate enough to have Bill, owner of All Claims Adjustment, help us on a very serious and complicated insurance claim. His experience and knowledge of construction helped us make the proper repairs to our home.

  I had water damage from a “white glove delivery” where installers neglected to place washer drain hose into drain outlet. This involved a 3rd party(delivery team) and we were getting a run around from store. We called All Claims Adjustment Co. and Bill Jacot to intervene on our behalf. He has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction and handled the matter professionally and fairly. Without his involvement, we would have received a less than fair amount to mitigate the damage done to our home. Bill treated us like family. He knows his job and does it well!

  Bill is as professional as I had hoped and more. I was faced with a homeowner's claim and my assigned insurance adjuster seemed to be a fly-by-night character, minimizing and representing damages in the dimmest light possible. Which had never been my experience with this insurance company before, over decades of coverage. Bill not only fairly represented me in the claim but suggested other outlets of remediation with the company which was also fruitful. And he had good recommendations for a new insurance broker when I decided to terminate all my business with this insurance company. Thank you, Bill, we are whole again!!!

  I had a flood in my basement. Bill came out and told me how to make sure I got the full policy limits for the damage. He was spot on. I have recommended him to many others and he has come through every time. Call AllClaims today.
  
  9/1 update- We sustained significant damage to our house due to a tornado. Bill guided us through the process. The insurance company offered us money but Bill came out afterwards and spent a day carefully analyzing the damage. He was able to significantly increase the money to more appropriately reflect the cost to repair the damage. I could have never done it myself. His construction knowledge is key to his ability to persuade the insurance company to do the right thing. I can’t thank him enough.

  AllClaims was referred to us by a trusted friend. My mother had just passed away and we were getting ready to sell her house. Two weeks after her passing, her water heater broke down and flooded her entire laundry room and family room areas. Unknowingly we were dealing with Liberty Mutual, who was not very responsive to the claim. We got Bill from AllClaims involved and our claim was resolved to our satisfaction. His communication was always timely and his process explained well. I would highly recommend AllClaims! Also a big thank you to Feasterville Floor and their construction team for the beautiful flooring, drywall, painting and woodwork! Fabulous job!
