Purchased a new home and wanted to get rid of the smell in the basement from the previous owners' cats. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Within two days the treatment had done wonders for the cat smell, and refreshed the entire house. Very happy with my experience with Allaire.

My carpets are sooooo clean and fresh! It had been about 10 years since the last cleaning (by this same company). I have to remember to have them cleaned more often because it is like walking on new carpeting! The sticky residue from the buildup of pine pollen is GONE! The price was good and everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. I made the appointment online and the company called to confirm right away! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company!!!
5 year old microfiber and leather sectional with reclining ends, never been cleaned, sat on by friends, family, and two pets (80 lb dog/8 lb cat). There were darker areas and a scent which were evidence of the years of comfort provided. Two man crew showed up on time and called 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. They explained the different options of cleaning available and were able to answer my questions. Organic chemical cleaning and vacuum with the hoses running out to their van took about an hour. They said roughly 6 hours to dry, but the couches seemed dry even an hour before that. The couches look, feel, and smell brand new. Could not be happier. Allaire Chem-Dry did a great job.
Great price, my area rugs look like new. Service tech was super nice, on time and very very knowledgable! Will use Chem-Dry again.
