  So I was an extreme panic mode today with the mice in my house and I needed immediate assistance! The manager Kevin, in the office he started off the process amazing calming me down and getting me help. And then John NATO came to do the job. He was thorough knowledgeable funny considerate helpful he cleaned up behind himself he left me feeling so confident that the mice were removed answered any of my questions. I highly recommend this company! The price was great for the value and more importantly for my peace of mind. Thank you guys!

  This company made our experience amazing! My husband made a call a few hours after spotting a mouse in our apartment and they were able to send someone out right away. This someone- By the name of John- came within the hour and was so helpful, insightful and wise about the issue we had at hand. He treated us with so much respect, and even let us know we were welcome to reach out to them whenever we need to. I’ll definitely recommend this company and his service to anyone who may need it.   I don’t know where to begin, but exceptional doesn’t do it justice. From the minute I called them, I received nothing but kindness, and they were very genuine. Then, they reached out immediately, and I got to meet Kevin, who knew exactly what I was going through from his own experience. He walked me through the process and told me exactly what needed to be done. He was relatable, funny and overall an awesome guy. The job was quick and it was very thorough. I’m very happy with the service and definitely recommend it to everyone. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else! Thank you so much for all the help.

  My tenant noticed a mouse in the apartment so I immediately searched google and found All Platinum (had 4.9 ratings). I called and they were very helpful and helped me schedule an appointment for the next day.
  John arrived very prompt and was extremely knowledgeable. He was great explaining the cause/effect of the mice along with all the possible solutions. He was very detailed which I loved and did a great job performing the prevention work. I'm very confident that this solved the issue. Very happy with John's work.
  I recommend this company. Ask for John.

  Chris is amazing, informative and reassuring. And that's all besides being great at his actual job. Truly an excellent experience with my mouse/pill beetle issue. Took the time to do a full inspection and let me know what to keep an eye out for for future and preventative measures as well as treating the actual issue!! Thank you Chris!!
