I've been dealing with All Geared Up pretty much since they started and they are a fantastic team/family. They have done a number of custom embroidery projects for me and the quality is unmatched. I've seen them grow from a small little store front where they barely had any room to work or walk, to a much larger space with a lot more room to work with, but the quality hasn't changed at all. The customer is #1 to them and they pride themselves on it, if you aren't happy they go above and beyond to make sure you are. Their specialty is law enforcement, but will gladly take on odd projects such as custom embroidering seat covers for a truck, custom hats for a tattoo studio with names on the hats for the owner, his wife as well as the other artists.
All Geared Up is absolutely amazing and owned by an incredible family. They helped me with shirts that were made for a 5K run in memory of my mom who passed. Amanda’s compassion and patience throughout is unmatched. I will forever be grateful to this business and what they have helped me accomplish.
I purchased a pair of under armor work boots from them and i had problems with the inside tearing 40 days after i purchased them. I called under armor directly and got a total run around.
I called and spoke to Lori at All Geared Up and she said she would call her sales person for Under Armor and get back to me. 3 days later she called me and has a replacement pair of boots for me. She went out of her way to help me out. It definitely pays to stay with a small business they truly care about their customers
If it was possible, I would give this store 6 stars. The professionalism of Lori, Brianna and Amanda is a breath of fresh air compared to other stores I’ve been to. They took my order and completed in a timely manner. You can tell they take pride in their work and store. The store is very clean and well organized, they also gave my dog a treat. I will definitely come back for further business and would highly recommend their services to anyone who might need them.
