  Amazing experience bringing our baby Charlotte to Dr. Ruiz! She had multiple masses and needed to be spayed. She's all recovered now from surgery and much happier than even before the operation! I know she's in great care when she has a visit! The staff are always friendly and helpful and Dr. Ruiz was very responsive! Thank you for taking such great care of Charlotte!

  It's so hard to find a exotic veterinarian that actually knows what they are saying. Better yet they know how to take care of your exotic pet. I went to two other supposed exotic veterinarians. Neither one could give me a clear answer as to what was going on with my bearded dragon. One place did a ex-ray for no reason that makes sense now. At the time, do whatever you need to do to get him better. The other veterinarian did a bloodwork on him that was more inclusive than mine. She then started in with cat scans, MRIs and other costly procedures. We were a wreck worrying about our boy till I looked online and saw the reviews for this veterinarian and the staff.
  I cannot express how thrilled I am for making the switch. Dr. Perez knew exactly what she was doing. She reassured us that he would be okay and that it wasn't our fault. She gave very clear directions on how to get my beardie back to health. Which of course we did. Now he's doing so much better. If you're looking for a exotic veterinarian, look no further. She was so gentle and caring with him. I would recommend her for any exotic pet. Plus the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

  Been going here for a couple of years . Followed Dr Ruiz from another place . He is truly caring & knowledgeable about lots of dog breeds . Staff is so warm & inviting . Very professional. They love seeing my dog . They all pet her & welcome her when she has appointments.
