  Knowledgeable, honest, responsive. Even though John didn’t service my area, he went out of his way to spend time with me on the phone giving me tips on how to solve the issues I’ve been having with my treadmill and what to do to keep it running smoothly. I had a great experience.

  John is the most honest, sincere and dedicated individual. A true gem of a person. He repaired our treadmill expeditiously and advised us on the most economical places to purchase the repair parts. He instructed us on usage of the unit as well as maintenance and most importantly guarantees his work and followup if a future problem arises. You can’t go wrong utilizing his services.   I called All Care Treadmill Repair because my treadmill was not working correctly. I spoke with John, the owner. What I got was an honest, sincere business owner who cared more about me purchasing the correct treadmill then ripping me off with promises of being able to fix my machine. When I described the problem with my treadmill, not only did John state that it didn’t pay to have it fixed, but he gave me great advice about purchasing a new machine.

  This company does exceptional work, has excellent and reliable customer service, and very fair prices. John came to my house within a day or two of being called when I ran into issues with Nordictrack not assembling my machine. He even taught me how to maintain and care for the treadmill so that it lasts for many years.
