  I've ordered flowers from Alice's flower shop a few times and the arrangement has always been gorgeous. Not only that, but the customer service went above and beyond during my most recent order. I ordered an Easter gift of flowers late and the earliest available delivery was the Monday after Easter. I ordered anyway figuring better late than never. Well, the day before Easter, Kathleen from Alice's flower shop called me. They had extra drivers and she noticed my card said "Happy Easter", so she asked if I wanted them delivered early. I gratefully accepted and the flowers arrived later that day just as gorgeous as usual. They even fixed the card so that it made sense to read before Easter instead of after (eg changing "There's no one I would have rather spent Easter with" to "There's no one I would rather spend Easter with")! Very impressive!

  Ordered an arrangement today. Flowers were delivered same day and were magnificent. I had to call the shop a few times to finalize the order, and Chris was a pleasure to work with. You can use Alice's Flower Shop in total confidence that they'll get it right!

  I wanted to give a great review and recommendation for this business and service, but it is really not that necessary because they have so many great reviews already! I can only add to this already well regarded business. I ordered 3 separate arrangements for some of the professionals that were a great support to me last year. For year end and appreciation, I ordered an arrangement for my veterinarian as appreciation for him and as a tribute to my beloved dog who passed away earlier in the year; one was to a primary care person in medicine; the third to a social worker in a local agency. All 3 offices/people commented on how beautiful, gorgeous and tremendous the arrangements were. One took a picture and sent it. It was lovely. Another joked her office crowded around the arrangement and wondered who could have sent it, and she assured them that it was too nice for her husband to have sent them (ouch! lol) and the third, the office said it was just beautiful and smelled so good! Everything was purchased via phone with professional counsel, pricing, an accurate message on the card and delivered promptly. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I never used this business before. I was asking local people who they recommend as a florist, and I actually received a number of recommendations and they were not that timely. I looked up this local business, liked what I saw online, and I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. Thank you for all you did in December, 2022 at a very busy time of year!

  Wow...is all I can say!! I placed my order on line and it was delivered within two hours (maybe even sooner than that). The arrangement was perfect and looked exactly like what I chose on their website. If I lived in CT this would be my go to florist for sure!
