I was actually looking for a used car, but once I was introduced to the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Veloce with Frank and Jose, I was sold! I really appreciated the time they took to understand my needs and recommend something that suited me better than the car that brought me in. I could not be happier with my new purchase and the experience I had with the dealership overall! (Including Nelson in the service area) . Jose even went above and beyond, allowing me to pick up the car when I finished work on Saturday so I could enjoy the new car for the weekend., First Class experience all the way! He took his time with me, was respectful and didn't try to pressure me or rush the sale. He was knowledgeable about the car, the process, and went above and beyond to find me the exactly I was looking for. He made the buying process very easy and really was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go see James. The entire team at Alfa Romeo of Manhattan was amazing, James, Paolo, Nelson all made the buying process easy and quick.
