  I started training with Alex during the pandemic. He helped me through that crazy time with insane workouts and some humor too. Once you start with Alex and show him you have that drive, he'll always have your back. He's one heck of a trainer and now I can call him my friend.

  I’ve been training with Alex for 1 year and Ive lost over 20lbs- and maintaining. But more important, at 49 years of age, I’m in the best shape of my life and feel great.
  Alex really knows how to train- and how to inspire! Further, those that train with him, the Alexo squad, are such a positive and welcoming group- their energy is contagious.
  Alex, and the squad, have given me so much strength- physical, mental, emotional- and that has transcended into other aspects of my life. Joining Alexo has literally been that ‘one thing’ that makes all other things better.

  Alex is a fantastic trainer, motivator and all around amazing coach. Workouts are never the same but are always challenging! I’ve worked with several trainers and this program is hands down the most well rounded and personalized. This is the longest I’ve ever consistently stayed on track and, honestly, can’t imagine not having Alexo Fitness in my routine.

  Alex is an amazing motivator and he knows how to get the best effort out of you. Have been working out in Alex’s group fitness sessions for over a year (and even longer than that if you count his days as a HIIT instructor at a local gym) and I always get an incredible workout in a short time. And his rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend you have a conversation with him about your goals no matter what your fitness levels.
