They take the extra step to ensure that the residents are doing good and help our family in anyway that they can. They are always very nice and respectful when visiting. The director, Jackie, is absolutely wonderful. She has been such a blessing, really an angel in disguise. I admire her work ethic, her knowledge, and the way she can take charge in any situation and run the building.
