They could have just not told us, but they were up front and said they would rather do the right thing and tell us instead of letting it go and hoping for the best. I appreciate the honesty and we’ll continue to use them exclusively for auto and home!

(July 17, 2023, 4:06 pm)Great work. No leaks or major damage especially for a vehicle that requires more attention to detail when installing the windshield. Removed a star because the new black windshield adhesive is present on the interior pillar. That and specks of old adhesive were scattered all along the dash. Takes less than a minute to spray and wipe off the dash or clean off any “overspray” Not that hard but sure completes the job right.

(May 20, 2023, 8:45 am)We had them replace a sliding shower door with a hinged door type. Work was completed in an afternoon, once the materials arrived. Really liked that all stairs and carpet were covered before work started to keep floors clean. Very nice install. Nice fit and finish. Highly recommend for this type of work.

(July 8, 2022, 1:54 pm)Alderfer Glass replaced two windows in our kitchen renovation and provided "water" glass for cabinet doors. Everything was installed flawlessly and professional. You can tell their sales staff and installers really know what they are doing.
Of course, with anything, there are sometimes small issues. In our case, the screens that were with two of our Provia window were loose. (Provia's fault.) Alderfer was quick to replace them under warranty and everything is now perfect.
