  Lisa took a generous amount of time to talk with me about everything going on in my body. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive in providing MFR therapy. Her space is comfortable, clean and quiet and she is professional and friendly. I left feeling a lot better and can’t wait to go back. I made the mistake of initially only booking a 30 minute treatment and really didn’t want to leave after 30 minutes! Next time I will do one hour for sure. I highly recommend Lisa as a therapist.

  Lisa, you are wonderful! You are caring, knowledgeable and passionate about your profession! You take time with your client to understand the issues, explain what to expect and make recommendations to changing one’s behavior in order to maintain long time results. My session was comfortable and relaxing. I felt a renewed energy and flexibility that I haven’t had in quite some time. I’m couldn’t be happier with the results I’m experiencing as my body begins to heal. Thank you.

  I met lisa several years ago and had several sessions.. Changed my life from one of chronic pain to amazing movement without pain. She is a kind, sensitive body worker/massage therapist/myofacial release practitioner who is guided by extremely aware intuitive movements for what my body needed. If you have been to myo facial release people who go so deep it hurts Lisa will be a joyful CHANGE. it WORKS without pain. My only regret from moving to Florida is that Lisa lives in PA

  Lisa was wonderful! I went through a very challenging time emotionally, which in turn, caused some negative physical effects which together, affected all parts of my life. A friend recommended Alchemy. Lisa applied several different techniques over several appointments and was able to relieve the physical pain but, even more important to me is that she was able to release A LOT of the emotional stress. This helped the panic attacks subside and allowed me to think and feel clearly again.

  I had had several sessions with Lisa for myofascial release. It has helped me with my scoliosis and muscle imbalances that go along with that everywhere in my body. Its not gone, but that i did not expect that. The issues like one sided muscle tightness has greatly improved. Lisa is very professional in her approach to helping to heal my muscle imbalances.
  
  I have also used her XOXO cream, which has helped nourish my skin due to having eczema on my skin. Great product. I love that she had made it from scratch.
