(June 16, 2023, 6:00 pm)I have been a customer with A J Perri for almost 30 years. They have always been responsive to my concerns. Their technicians are knowledgeable and respectful.
When my AC unit was struck by lightning one night they were here by 6am the next day. I will always remember how well and how quickly they worked to get a new system in place. I have no plans to ever leave this company. -

(December 26, 2022, 1:04 pm)The plumbers and the overall warranty service in this business is truly high caliber and plain excellent. I almost did not give it a 5 star rating because of one customer service agent that I spoke to who was very rude and short, and frankly did not care to address the issue I was conveying. However, another agent from the warranty team immediately addressed the issue and applogized as well as mentioned she would convey my complaint to management. This seems like a very well run company overall.
