(February 18, 2023, 10:22 am)I took the Vision Board workshop with Alyssa and it surpassed all of my expectations. It was a wonderful group of people. Alyssa took us through a meditation and journaling exercise to help us focus our intention and vision before we started working on our creations. All of the supplies were plentiful and varied. The time went so quickly. To wrap up, we were able to share our board with the group and commit to where we were going to put the board to be able to see it daily in support of our vision and journey. And best of all, the vision board is two-sided and the perfect size to keep in a book or a journal, or even a purse or book bag. My only suggestion would be to have a laminating option as a bonus at the end of class because I am quite sure my vision board is going to be getting a lot attention, and laminating would help keep it in great condition. Thank you for a nurturing and inspiring evening!! Count me in for the 2024 session!!

The grief yoga class is particularly helpful for me after experiencing loss. I highly recommend Airmid to anyone looking for counseling, wellness, yoga classes, or all of the above!

(July 20, 2018, 1:32 pm)If you are looking for a SUPERB yoga studio with INCREDIBLE teachers (Cindy is the best I have ever had), I strongly recommend Airmid. The intro offer is unbeatable and the first class is always free. I signed up @ $30 for 30 days and attended 10 classes during the trial period, each and every one of them absolutely incredible (and just $3.33 each). I have re-upped at $12.50 a class and look forward to my Saturday morning class every week. The center also provides massage, acupuncture, and meditation services.
