  Mary is a true mold detective. I had a pleasure of using her services when the house we recently purchased needed mold remediation. Mary is amazing. She is truly professional, approachable, honest, reliable, effective, and colaborative. She explained what the test results were, what was her professional opinion of moving forwards, what the pricing was, all the logistics. She gave me time to consult other companies and make an. educated decision of how to proceed. After speaking to 2 other mold firms I went right back to Mary. Not only she was effective (the mold never came back), she also did not overcharge me, and did not try to overdo the whole remediation to make more money of of me. Mary took care of everything, testing, cleaning, prevention, follow up. I did not need to chase her or micromanage. I highly recommend AirCare Environmental, LLC.

  I had such a great experience working with Mary, Victor & the others when they came to remove the mold from my basement. What started out as just a little bit of condensation from our mini split lines turned into gutting our entire basement, as we didn’t realize the extent of the damage that this created over time. Mary and her team did an amazing job cleaning out the entire basement, removing the drywall and insulation, they sealed and vacuumed the entire home and sprayed with Calbrite to remove the mold from all the surfaces. They then encapsulated the walls, which allowed me to identify areas of water intrusion, which I then was able to seal. They also removed the carpet upstairs that was above the basement since the mold can stay trapped in there. They were extremely careful with all our things, and were extremely responsive and helpful, explaining everything in the process as they went along. I hope not to need their services again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. Thank you guys so much!
