(July 19, 2023, 5:23 pm)The technician today found the problem (clogged drain hose, outside the house) and fixed it fully, and explained to us the issue and how to avoid this problem in the future. For a previous issue with a different inside unit, we called in the evening to schedule a technician visit, and got a call back that evening and were advised over the phone to restart the outside compressor unit - from the circuit breaker panel in the basement. We did that while they waited on the phone, and this fixed the issue, which was wonderful. Thanks for such great service.

(July 14, 2023, 6:24 pm)Monty was very quick determining the cause of our broken A/C. I was pleased that the part came in promptly and we were only without A/C for 2 days. All home repairs are expensive so I don’t know if the repair was reasonable. I was very pleased with their response and follow through which is more important these days.

I love hearing all the good and useful info he provides when I ask questions. He also takes care of my furnace. He always does a very detailed and great job either with maintenance appts or if there is a technical issue. I have been with Air Inc for many years now. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!
