He made it a pleasure: returned my calls promptly, efficient, detailed, knowledgeable, and listened attentively to what I asked for. He should put on a clinic for other insurance companies.

Never having done this on my own before, I was very nervous. Chris was so knowledgeable and very, VERY patient with me! He took the time to explain how each plan worked and what was best for me as far as my needs and my budget. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
