  I too am dismayed at Stephanie Schmid's review.
  I was hired by Mr. Agnelli in early December to clean his house. His tenant, Miss Schmid was not keeping her end of the rental agreement by keeping the house clean, taking care of the dog, etc.
  The kitchen was dirty. She left food (butter, creamer, crackers) open on the counters. Dishes with dried on food in the sink, on the counters and dining table. The refrigerator had open food containers and dishes with leftover food on them.
  The whole 1st floor hadn't been vacuumed or mopped any time recently.
  She also left a disaster in the downstairs bathroom. The sink, cabinet and floor were covered with paint and caulk from the construction of her of travel van.
  I will be going back to do a final clean once she gets all of her stuff out of the house.
  After what I've seen, I would never rent a room or house to her. She leaves a lot to be desired as a tenant.

  It's unfortunate to read Stephanie Schmid's review about Mr. Agnelli's house. Mr. Agnelli let her rent space from him at a very low price. He also helped her completely convert her van into a livings pace in exchange for her keeping the house clean and helping taking care of his dog, neither of which she did reliably. So complaining about the cleanliness of the house when it's her responsibility is unfair. What's more interesting is that she was supposed to leave in August but is still there. She did not hold up her end of the agreement and she blames him.

  I worked with the best, most incredible realtor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Jason Díaz went above, and beyond to help me sell my Mother’s property.
