My husband who has been misdiagnosed as cerebellar atrophy for the past two years was saved by Dr. Jin Li. After examining the CD of his MRI on Aug 31, she suspected hydrocephalus and prescribed lumbar puncture for possibility of shunt surgery which he had on Sept. 28. Before the surgery, my husband couldn't even move at all. Now he is able to walk around with the help of walker and is improving every day.

We are very sorry you were not pleased with the service you received in our office. We hope that you find some peace and reassurance with a different neurologist for your mother.
We try our best to accommodate all patients with timely appointments but unfortunately, rescheduling occurs due to circumstances out of our control. What is important to communicate is that this has nothing to do with Medicare as her insurance!! The physicians in our practice are committed to teaching residents and students and are also responsible for in patient services at Westchester Medical Center where there can be critically ill patients. It is not our intent to cancel patients on a regular basis and this was just an unfortunate set of circumstances.
We are proud of our most recent patient survey that shows an over 95% satisfaction rate of the physicians and staff.
