As a floor company was in the house removing floorboards to install a new floor following water damage, they found that the subfloor was damaged in half the room and required removal and possible water damage remediation. We called Advance Disaster Recovery and not only did they send someone immediately to give us a competitive quote, but they sent someone the day after to do all the necessary work. Fantastic experience from start to finish with Advanced Dri. Tyler McClelland oversaw the mold remediation and expedited the process quickly and professionally. He communicated each step and followed up after each step to ensure that the mold and water damage from the burst pipe was dried and removed before any construction happened. Joe Paolucci was the project manager assigned to oversee the reconstruction of my first floor. Joe is a rare unicorn in this field, a contractor that actually communicates and delivers on what he says he will! Joe not only worked directly with my insurance company to negotiate the budget for the project, he would follow up frequently to ensure that the project moved along expeditiously. He made recommendations about the materials for the rebuild as if he were helping a family member out and really treated us like friends more than just a client. Joe really went above and beyond to ensure that our project was handled professionally and it exceeded our expectations! We could not recommend Joe Paolucci and his team enough!
