  I hired Admiral to do a complicated replacement of my septic system on a lake. My property borders wetlands and a water course. Dave worked Closely with the town sanitarian and inland wetlands and came up with a solid workable design. Although the project took quite a bit longer than it probably should have the end result is stellar. I highly recommend this company.

  Dave, Joy, Bruce, and all of their other staff members have been extremely wonderful in a bad situation. My landlord keeps delaying a permanent repair of our septic leach-field since before Christmas of 2021. Instead, he's scheduled them to come empty our septic tank every 10 days so my bathroom doesn't flood with yuck. Admiral Septic Service has been amazing with sticking to that schedule and I've personally found them to be professional, reliable, courteous, friendly, compassionate to my issue, and a company that can be counted on.

  When my Septic system backed up on Father’s Day weekend, Admiral was quick to respond. Joy answered the phone and was extremely helpful and professional. She outlined timeframes and pricing during our initial call. She then kept me updated on timing.
  
  Dave arrived right on time and immediately got to work on my system. He was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. He quickly got my system repaired and running again.
  
  In today’s world, this level of customer service is very hard to find. I highly recommend Admiral Septic to anyone requiring their services.

  We had an issue with our main line from the house to our septic tank getting clogged up and backing up into the basement. Another company (starts with Roto) came out twice to snake the line out and guaranteed it was cleared. The next day each time it backed up and made a mess in our basement. I called Admiral Septic and they came out the same day. Both guys were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were also much more well equipped to handle the issue. The issue was found using their camera (see picture), they cleared the clog, and then verified that the issue was clear afterwards. While they were here they also pumped our tank out. The price came in at $100 less than the other guys that failed twice to clear it and the price Admiral charged included pumping out the tank. I will ONLY call these guys for anything in our septic system. They are great at what they do, they care about what they do, and they provide superior service which seems to be a dying art form these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
