  I’ve had the opportunity to read a few reviews about this service and while I agree people are entitled to their opinion(s), I disagree with the negatives.
  I’ve been able to do two COVID-19 PCR tests at this location. My first back in November 2021 was as smooth and effortless as it gets. I walked in to no line up and was done in about 5 mins, got my results in one (1) hour as advised, and everything went well. My second experience was the opposite of my first visit because there were alot of connecting flights and people who were travelling same day to do tests and I understand that everyone needs to get what needs to be done in order to travel so it really caused a significant wait time with the major line ups. I waited 3 hours to get swabbed but I understood why so long and I wish alot more people could be more understanding towards this instead of giving bad reviews just because they have to wait. One thing I would recommend is that they have more NPs/MDs than just one to swab for PCR. I’ve met kind people who did their jobs well and I wish to thank them all for it.
  *Advise to travellers: Get your COVID-19 test one day before your flight instead of going to the airport to do it a few hours before your actual flight because the line ups can be significant and it’s not the testing centre’s fault that they’re over-capacity with patients and refuse to take more people.   Very convenient CoViD-19 test area inside JFK airport. Registration for booking can be done online. Process of testing is very organize and result is quite fast.
