  We had such a wonderful experience at Acura of Avon. I love my RDX and decided to buy it when my lease was up. They made the process so easy and seamless. Dan and the rest of the Acura team were professional, friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Acura of Avon to anyone.

  Salesperson Monica Risco was friendly, answered all questions. She delivered effective communication throughout the buying process, from initial inquiries to follow-up after the purchase. Dealer was transparent about pricing and financing terms. I received a clean vehicle. The process was efficient.

  What a great experience from the first phone call that I made to them to see if they can get me what I was looking for and beat the other dealership I was working with and they did juts that. Called me back less then 10 minutes, was at the dealership in less then 2 days and less then a week later I was driving in my 2023 MDX that I was looking for that the other Acura dealership couldn’t find me and they beat their price and I got a better interest rate then I had with my credit union which beat the other dealership I was working with. Everyone was so nice and on top of things from my sales person Stephan King, the general manager Ron DeSilva who was by my side every step of the way, and Rick Miller the business manager who explained everything and made sure I had the best deals possible. The all made sure I was happy and they treated me like family and still do, especially since I’ve called them a hundred times and was a pain but then never turned their back on me and came through with their promises on “add ons” we discussed. Even other salespeople, and down to the detail person there was super nice and always greeted you with a smile and brief
  Conversation. I didn’t feel this with the other Acura dealership I was working with, I kinda felt pushy with receiving emails and calls to come in especially when they couldn’t get me what I exactly wanted and tried to push other interiors and trims and years at me. Give ACURA OF AVON a chance, you won’t be disappointed I promise!

  I had a positive experience with the car Jerry who provided exceptional service over at Acura of Avon , Despite a few challenges during the process, he went above and beyond to address them, making my car purchase a success. I am delighted with my new car and appreciate the salesman's dedication and assistance throughout. Highly recommended! We might come back for an MDX!

  monica is so amazing!!! from the second i walked in the dealership she was incredible. she is so accommodating and it is very apparent that she cares about her clients. anything and everything i needed…she made it happen! she was very understanding of my needs and did everything possible to make it possible for me to drive off the lot with my beautiful new car!
