  So far really good. I started seeing Dr Speesler about 5 weeks ago after the onset of terrible lower back back that came out of nowhere. X-rays showed that my spine was out of alignment, and showing the signs of moderate disc deterioration. Pain was awful, and constant, and I felt locked up with the inability to do anything about it except take muscle relaxers and wait and sleep it out.
  
  Today I'm a bit more than halfway through a scheduled 18 visits, and I feel very different in a positive way. While I still have some daily discomfort, it's manageable and I feel it's been improving each week, plus I haven't had to take a relaxer in over 5 weeks.
  
  Spinal information Dr Speesler provides is easy to understand, and he has a good manner and approach. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with back pain as a good course of action.

  I would highly recommend this doctor! I 1st came here 5 years ago with sciatic pain while pregnant. He is a true professional, who Knows his job And Loves what he do! I love the pictures/diagrams on his wall..for those of us who need a little more help understanding things, lol. From the music that plays while you are waiting to the front desk staff and the treatment room in the back, you just might become confused and think you are at a Spa! He doesn't just put a bandaid on a gun shot wound treatment. He informs you his patient what you Need to do (lose weight, do daily exercises etc.) to stay in shape and keep the pain away! Every stereotype you have about quack back doctors you Will leave at the front door once you sit down and receive treatment!

  There cannot be any worse pain than back pain. It is like you are in a vise and it is getting tighter and tighter. Dr. Speesler was able to make me feel much more comfortable and functional in a short period of time. Not only is he a wonderful chiropractor, he is also very knowledgeable about the effects of diet, exercise and overall lifestyle on our bodies. I highly recommend Dr. Speesler and ActiveCare Rehabilitation to anyone who wants to feel better.

  I have been going to Dr. Speesler for years and am in so much better shape than when I started. I realize how important it is for me to keep up with my follow up visits. Today I can say that I am pain free and also understand how certain foods help with inflammation. When he moved from Jenkintown, I had to make sure I got an appointment in his new office. It is such a healing environment. Thank you Dr Speesler for changing my life.

  I went to Dr. Speesler in significant neck pain after having been treated by many other chiropractor practitioners without much success. Dr Speesler took time to explain what was going on, showed me exercises and did hands on treatment that has made me pain free now for months! I LOVE going back for follow up visits to maintain my good health and pain-free body, as he is always teaching me new strategies to maintain my health and wellness. The office is very calming and healing and the office personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. I am forever grateful to Dr. Speesler!!!!
