  I feel very lucky to be part of the Active Health program! The fitness training/coaching program is personalized and pushes you to a new fitness level. Ryan Grenier helped me recover from some injuries and become active again!! All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and supportive, and each training session is always specifically designed for my needs and goals. I have never lifted weights before, and having Ryan G. guide and encourage me is very empowering! I highly recommend giving Active Health a try - you won't regret it!

  I have been working out at Active Health for three months now and Danica, Ryan and Ryan are all great trainers. They keep me motivated and are always coming up with new routines to keep it interesting.

  This is the second year for my husband and I to use the fitness training studios. Ryan G has been our trainer and we are very pleased with our experience. Ryan’s professionalism, personal demeanor and knowledge are outstanding. My husband and I just trained with Ryan B today and we concur that we have another “winner” on staff!

  I've worked with both Danica and Ryan G as personal trainers for almost two years. I've reviewed Ryan earlier (A+!) but now want to give a shout out to Danica. She's knowledgeable, professional, patient, encouraging ~ and fun! I leave my sessions with her pumped, committed to actively caring for my health, and very appreciative of her expert coaching. Highly recommend.

  I have been seeing Bessie, the nutritionist lately. She's been fabulous - helpful, understanding, available - everything I would have hoped for and more! My husband meets with Ryan and his staff for weekly training sessions and finds those to be the perfect compliment to what he's doing on his own at home. We both are thrilled with the comprehensive approach that Altorelli Health has taken. It's great to have a team of people helping us be our healthiest selves. Thank you!
