(May 3, 2022, 6:35 pm)Rich from action lock was very professional came out in one day to determine what the problem was with my garage door opener .was very honest and gave me a good price 👌 we agreed on the work that needed to be done rich had someone here the next day repaired the whole garage door opener sensors wires and even got me another remote and fixed my key pad outside of garage I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship of the installer and the professionalism I received from rich. If u need help with anything in this field they are the ones to call big thumbs 👍 up thank you al bastone

(January 10, 2022, 11:11 am)Locked myself out of house while walking the dog on a very cold morning. I called a few places. Action was one of two places that actually picked up that early. They stated they would be able to get to my location within 30-35 minutes and they got there in 20. They let me know that my front door is not easy to "pick" and they did not want to damage my door by drilling it and asked if there was another entrance. I appreciated that they considered the aesthetics of my house. They ultimately ended up having to drill my dead bolt on my side door. I was inside my house within 15 minutes. They replaced the lock and were on their way. All in all a great experience!
