Communication is everything in this business, especially throughout the process of contract to close, and Michael and his staff have gone beyond the call of duty to work with me and any clients I have referred him. There have been times where I was awaiting an update from Michael and he reached out to me at times he didn't have too, just to get me the fastest response. His communication speaks volumes.
