  This is my first time using an agency for my son who is 2 years old. When I first called I spoke to Karina B. And she became my coordinator. She was great very professional and thorough with her work ethics. She walked me through everything and very informative. She is a great person to deal with. And she was attentive with my concerns and addressed them. I would highly recommend Karina B. with this process. She made me feel very comfortable

  My son was diagnosed and he was eligible with ABA program. Before the program, he was not interested in any toys, ignored everyone, didn't care about anything happened around him and barely had eye contact. It's been 6 months since he had ABA program, my husband and I saw a significant difference. Now he is open to the new toys and plays with them in a proper way. Also he will notice what is happening around him and has a lot of eye contact.
  
  My son is lucky to have a good therapist, she is very patient to teach him even though he gave her a hard time at the beginning. Also the co-ordinator and the therapist's supervsor are responsible. The co-ordinator did the follow-up quickly and kept in touch with me regularly to see how's the service going. The supervisor came to my place to see how's my son doing and gave advice to the therapist about how to adjust the tasks.
  
  My husband and I are satisfied with their service and we would recommend this place.
