(June 21, 2021, 11:22 am)I am not one to write reviews, because having owned my own consumer service business, I have high expectations and most companies don’t meet my high standards. However, I feel compelled to share a very good overall buying experience. My wife and I sought out to buy a sub-compact tractor for easing the maintenance of our 3 ½ acre property. I called Ace Outdoor Power Equipment in Manahawkin. The receptionist directed me to Brian the owner. I made an appointment to come to his location and get educated on the inventory of Kubota tractors.
Well, I must say the whole experience was absolutely phenomenal! Brian was extremely knowledgeable; he asked many questions to understand our needs and then made recommendations to the specific equipment he thought would work for our property. Every step of the way Brian’s communication and follow up was very professional. At the end of the process, Brian agreed to repair my Husqvarna lawn tractor as part of our deal free of charge.
I will absolutely recommend any of my friends or family to Brian and will always buy my equipment from him.

(August 20, 2019, 11:34 am)Dropped off 2 riding mowers and a mini rototiller. John at the counter was friendly, courteous and clear as to the repair process. The estimate down payment was fairly priced.
Met one of the mechanics Jay, who was also friendly and didn't sit still the 20 minutes I was there. It gave me confidence that my equipment will be diagnosed and repaired properly by both employees work ethic. I'll post a follow up when all is done.
