I have known Walt and Ryan for over 20 Years using them for out of state rentals, parts, service...I ONLY refer and partner with companies who will not make me look bad. I can tell you that every time we talk about business and customers, they are all about how can they can give them a better product, service, and overall experience. They give you that Family business Individual caring and fit it to the little guy and the big guys. When you call you get a person on the line and not a bunch of menu choices. If you are looking for a company where you feel that you are being attended to or at least matter to, call these guys.
Some people got some real nerve to take the time to write a 1 star review for an 'almost accident' because a driver made an accidental mistake. He still didn't hit you did he? Why don't you call the company and complain, instead of hiding behind your computer and crapping on a company you've never even used. My review is a real review cause here at Stone Crafters, whenever we've had a problem the people at Accurate have save our rear end. They're service has been phenomenal, very often same day and loaners available when its not. We've used them to teach a class to get everyone certified and all around have just been light years better then the last company we've used for preventive maintenance. They are a 5 star operation.
