All of the staff here is friendly, helpful, and I'm thankful to have chosen Access PT at the Cortland location!

Andrea is an excellent physical therapist. She got me back on my feet after knee replacement surgery. She is very skilled, as well as kind, patient and supportive. Highly recommend this facility.

My therapists, Andrea and Daniel are helping me to gain back my strength after back surgery. They're very supportive and I never feel rushed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking physical therapy.

(October 27, 2021, 5:12 pm)Great experience all around! My therapist was Andrea and she was fantastic. Personable, skilled, knowledgeable and a good sense of humor. I felt like I was in great hands at all times. Now the shoulder they worked on is in better shape than my other, non damaged shoulder! For me it started at the beginning...easy to book, asked great questions to identify what I could and couldn't do, and then gradually moving me along in the process. I strongly recommend Access, and my friend Andrea, who has put me back on the road to health!

(September 25, 2021, 9:48 am)My physical therapist Andrea was so good! She was patient with me and took the time to explain my treatment plan. She also often encouraged me about completing my exercises at home. The staff are all kind, helpful and genuinely care about their patients! What a great team!
The only suggestion I would make is that the waiting area and some other areas could use a remodel/ makeover/touch up.
