  Even before I was offered the opportunity to review Michele, the presenter of the Breathwork class, I emailed Theresa to enthusiastically commend her. Michele exudes joy, light and enthusiasm. I have never been comfortable with breath work yet she made it so approachable and modifiable. The breathing presented in other classes, such as guided mediation and yoga always seemed so rigid and caused me to feel like I was short of oxygen, like I might hyperventilate and in general made me feel anxious. Michele took away the rigidity. She enlightened me to the fact that breath work, like all forms of exercise, may be modified for each person. Hence, she expanded the "personal" in personal trainer to breathing as well. Thank you Michele for this presentation and for the amazing spirit you carry with you, and shared with us in this class.

  I enjoyed a great class with Theresa Cordova on HIIT Training. The training was very informative and engaging. Very well done! I am looking forward to more classes!

  I received a very strong education from AAPTE. I came in with very limited knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and they are really engaged in the class even though it was on zoom. I passed my test easily due the very solid education I received. I strongly recommend them for a Nationally recognized PT certificate.

  AAPTE has set the standard for teaching and preparing those who want to break into the business of personal training. I was blown away by how much I learned throughout the course and how professional, knowledgeable, and friendly the instructors all were!
  Especially during these times of COVID-19, AAPTE did an amazing job of keeping everyone safe, comfortable, and engaged in learning some really awesome concepts(both at home and in person)! AAPTE has set the bar for what a personal trainer should be, and I highly recommend finding out for yourself!

  My experience with the AAPTE has been phenomenal! The instructors have the knowledge and experience to not only answer questions and teach courses but always encourage you to keep an open mind and discussion about exercise and health. Along with the continuing education courses offered you are only limited by how far you are willing to go! Great organization and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to become a personal trainer!
