I had you tentatively scheduled without any pre-payment. I was not able to travel to give the balloon ride but I called another balloon company for you that was located closer to Syracuse to setup a ride for you. I do not think my efforts deserve a low review to a small business that is sensitive to reviews. Thank you. -

(October 14, 2021, 8:45 am)Above All Balloon Rides gave us a wonderful experience in our first time in a hot air balloon. There were amazing views of the Hudson River and the surrounding towns. We got to see the fall colors from the treetops, a vantage point we wouldn't normally get to have. Scott and his crew were friendly, helpful and totally professional. We felt safe through the whole ride and marveled at how well run their preparation and breakdown of the balloon was. The whole crew works hard! The balloon ride was one of the best experiences we've had in all of our travels and we highly recommend Scott and Above All Balloon Rides. Would love to do it again!
