  Dr. Jaime is AMAZING! She always has a smile on her face and is the kind of person you feel like you've been friends with forever. I was very impressed at the amount time she took to discuss my back pain and what treatments I had received in the past. Every time I go in for an adjustment she asks how i've been feeling since my last appointment what worked, what is still bothering me. She is extremely attentive to the issues and what different methods she should use to fix them. I went in with a daily pain/discomfort level of 8 and after a few months of diligent work and stretches I am now pain free. I sleep so much better and wake up feeling rested and ready for the day with my 2 kids. I am much more flexible and can actually jog without excessive pain. She realized my right leg was shorter than my left which is why my sacrum would never stay in place so, she told me to wear one sandle around the house and get a lift inside my sneaker when I go for walks. This little change has completely changed my everyday life for the better! I feel more stable and even when i'm walking or jogging. Not having to constantly worry about if my back pain is going to ruin my day with my kids has reduced my stress level and made me a more happy and active mother. That alone is something I could never say thank you enough to Dr. Jaime for, she really REALLY does everything she can during appointments to make sure you walk out feeling much better than you did when you walked in. My advice, DON'T WAIT, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY!

  I am so grateful to have found Dr Jaime! I have been going to her for my adjustments for almost two years now & would not be able to function without her. She always takes plenty of time with adjustments and stretching to help my chronic issues become more manageable. I never feel rushed & she genuinely cares about her patients’ well being. Her adjustments help my migraines and anxiety and sciatica issues tremendously, I definitely would not be in the place that I am today without her. I always am so relieved when I have an appointment with her as I know I will feel like a new person when I leave. She is truly an intuitive healer and master of her craft. Her assistant, Michelle is wonderful and very helpful & always is cheerful to talk to. I recommend her to everyone that I know because I feel sad for all of the people who do not get to realize the miraculous transformation of getting an awesome adjustment!!

  I Wish there were a 10. Dr Jamie,would Definitely,Deserving Get it.Words Cannot say Enough to Express my Gratitude for her. I Basically came Crawling to Dr Jamie in Such PAIN. In a few visits, I could walk ,move,function,Live again. Not only is Dr Jamie the " Best Chiropractor " she is also a Great Friend to talk with about your Chiropractor needs,and how to deal with them,Recommend simple at home things to use , instead of spending money on not necessary things. I'm Forever Grateful For Dr Jamie for giving me a New Outlook on Life. Your My Chiropractor for Life. Cannot forget Michelle , Dr Jamie's right hand Lady. Both Ladies Always Greet You with a Warm Welcome and Smile.

  Dr. Jaime Lemek has been my chiropractor for many years now. She saved me from significant pain and serious limitations in my back on two occasions and there’s no question in my mind about that. She’s caring, careful, listens, and is very skilled. She provides fantastic care and doesn’t do more or less than is necessary. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and am confident that when my back problems act up, she’ll help with them. I also know that Dr. Jaime’s regular care staves off problems. Finally, she’s just a terrific, empathic person, so that’s frosting on the cake. She is an exceptional doctor and I feel fortunate to have found her.

  Dr. Jamie is the best chiropractor! I've been to so many in CT and she is by far the best!! From the moment I walked in I felt like I had known her for years, she is so easy to talk to, and makes you feel very comfortable.
  
  Caitryn, the massage therapist is also amazing! I can't say a bad thing about Able Hands!
