Abbott's negotiated w/our repair insurance company and got them to pay $1,000 more than they originally agreed to! On a large repair bill like this we really appreciated that kind of savings. Nick and Kevin are great. They always explain the necessary repairs and let us know about any other potential issues that may come up in the near future. Kevin is always patient, on the ball and takes the time to let us know everything up front. The entire staff is fantastic. If you need auto repairs in the area, Abbott's is THE place to go to.

They are honest in their assessments, offer alternatives and try to save you money, which is unique in the auto repair world. They are clear in explaining what work will be performed, and get approval first before doing anything additional that has not been previously discussed. The car was returned clean and the price was as agreed upon. I highly recommend Nick, Debbie and the whole team at Abbott Automotive. They will take care of you and your car.

Nick Abrams, the owner, is a wonderful, honest man and he has chosen to employ great people to work with him. I completely trust any work that has ever been done on my car. (July 3, 2023, 12:23 pm)I’ve been to Abbott’s 3 times so far and plan to continue. I believe that mechanics are like doctors and are essential to keep me and my car safe. So communication and trust in their work is important. I had the impression that the work was supervised and they were more than willing to answer my questions and help me understand what was going on with my car.

Our Airbnb host recommended Abbott and we're so glad they did. Nick was thorough, polite, kind and even took time to pop the hood and explain the issue to us directly. He not only helped calm our nerves but also empowered us to understand our car better! I wish we lived closer so they could be our regular mechanics. 100% recommend.
