(May 22, 2023, 5:21 pm)While things got off to a rocky start - with significant delays on a transmission rebuild, in the end, Hightstown AAMCO and its corporate parent company were able to provide an acceptable solution and get me my Ford Transit Van back with a remanufactured Ford transmission. Thank you AAMCO taking the high road, and I also appreciate owner Mark Balkovic providing me a ride home from the shop.
To prospective customers, I would suggest clarifying with this business the details of the repair, costs, anticipated date of repair completion, and any possible risks to that timetable.
