I had a terrific experience with this shop about five years ago concerning my transmission. I’ll be headed back soon with a new automotive problem, and I’m completely confident that I’ll be treated with the same fairness, competence and courtesy that I got the first time.
To have your transmission fail suddenly and catastrophically is distressing, to put it mildly.
When mine failed in my 13 year old-otherwise-in-outstanding condition car, I really feared the worst.
I was quoted crazy high numbers to fix/replace the transmission from the garage that did all all of the general maintenance for many years, so I towed the car home and chewed on it.
AA Transmission was recommended to me by my friend’s mechanic so I decided to have the car towed there and I hoped it could be saved without being economically unfeasible.
This shop’s outstanding customer service, very good turn around time and a straight forward, and very reasonable, fair price exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t more satisfied.
Mostly, the quality of the work was exceptional. My car runs as if it were new.
I would not hesitate to bring my car or any future cars I will have to Tony, also for other services they offer.
