  Gabriel was great! He responded to my emails immediately, was very friendly, gave me options for saving money, tips for keeping my house secure, and got the job done quickly. Would recommend!

  As you can see, it was raining heavily & Gabriel was ever so helpful. I was stuck and locked my keys in the car, and he came out to Southbury with no hesitation. He unlocked my car in under 15 minutes and was incredibly sweet and happy to help. Thank you, American Locksmith!! You saved me and my car trouble!!! 10/10 service. I would rate this 10 stars if I could!!!

  Gabriel provided excellent service. It was a small job but he treated it very professionally and came out the next day. We communicated via text beforehand to make sure the hardware I had purchased was correct. He was very responsive and gave me an estimate of time and cost that did not change. As a new homeowner I had lots of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable and clearly explained and answered everything. I highly recommend him and his company.

  I run a Laundry and they came assessed the issues and replaced and repaired all 6 doors. I would recommend them to everyone as their professional service was on point and everything was excellent. Thank you for your service.

  Cosmo was the first of four locksmiths to fix my funky locks on my 3 crazy doors. No lie- I have been trying to get them fixed for years!!! The manager of the hardware store in my town couldn’t believe he was able to fix them so they actually lock. I am embarrassed to say for many years my home was left unprotected. Thank u - and he is very nice!!!!
