Thought my old laptop was done. Brought it in and they recovered 200gb of files I had from when my kids were young!! Highly recommended!! Speedy recovery as well I had it back in 2 days!!

This place is a great example of how a business should be. I went in with 5 laptops and no way to access the information because of missing power cords, or missing login passwords etc.. When I dropped them off, I was quoted at 2-3hrs of work and I provided my own external hard drive to upload the data to. A few days later I was surprised to hear that my external hard drive was already completed and ready to be picked up.
They also confirmed that it was 2.25hrs of work at this time. The hourly rate was expected with the specific tools and knowledge these guys had and the work was excellent.

Spilled some beer on my fairly recently purchased MacBook Air over the weekend and had little hope that the outcome would be anywhere near positive . Decided to walk in to a2b on the following Tuesday and George , an employee at the front desk, was nothing but super helpful and insightful. I was in and out in a couple of minutes and just a couple hours later they called me and updated me on the diagnosis . They informed me that they were able to take everything apart and dry the inside pretty well. I was lucky to have minor damage to a replaceable part and it was cheap and fast too! Definitely will recommend to anybody I know who has computer issues!!

After a software update, my desktop PC stopped recognizing its USB ports. Took it in to be looked at. Got a call back about 2 hrs later with the diagnosis and had the computer ready to be picked up the same day. Price seemed reasonable. Will definitely be back if I have any more computer issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs computer help.

A few weeks back over the New Year weekend my laptop power jack finally gave up completely. I contacted A2B and the Geek Squad. A2B told me they'd have it done for me by the following week and gave me an estimate. Geek Squad promised to take the laptop from me, ship it to parts unknown, give me an estimate and charge me for the privilege. A2B not only got it done in just a couple of day over the holiday, but also charged me exactly what they told me they would. I was rightly pleased. Today I started to have a problem with the cord and took it back to them, not the same issue but close to it. They not only diagnosed it but fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me for it. "You're a good customer" I've only been there once. These guys are lifesavers, and a great resource. I can tell you this, after this experience I AM a good customer! I'll go no where else!
