  I keep going back to Tammy because she simply makes me feel better. She is a master Pilates and TRX trainer. Tammy understands muscle movement and bones so well that she can quickly determine what you need by how you move and live in your body. She always provides her clients with many “options” during her fitness classes as long as you “take everything you own with you!” If you’re serious about feeling better and fitness, give Tammy a try! I did 6 years ago and haven’t stopped! 💪🏼

  Tammy @ A Wellness Life, well wow I don’t know where to start. She has been a life saver lately. Tammy’s knowledge, expertise and thoughtfulness are put into every aspect of her business. From her Pilates instruction to her Yoga (and everything in between like the TRX Training which I have to try) she truly puts her heart and soul into it. Her focus is your wellbeing and she makes the necessary adjustments to concentrate on what your body needs. She is constantly educating herself and passes that along to you as you are working with her. I know more bones and muscles in my body now from Tammy then I ever learned in school. Her personality shines and she is super easy to work with, talk to and connect with. Her voice is soothing and perfect for the Yoga exercises but she can amp it up for the more active work outs for sure. As I write this we are in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic and Tammy totally pivoted and got us all on line working out virtually. It really has been a life saver! I highly recommend her.

  I've been taking Pilates classes with Tammy for close to a dozen years and I don't think she's taught the same class twice! For each class, Tammy uses her wealth of health knowledge and intuition to make the class all about the experience for her students. From Bosu to bands, TRX to Yoga Tune Ups, hand weights to magic circles and flow discs, she keep the class fun, instructive and always pushes just enough. She knows when to challenge us and also when we need a restorative class for all that ails us. There is not a better instructor out there - she is Coregeous & Fascianating!

  Tammy is an incredible trainer and mentor who truly understands and can teach the connection between mind and body to heal and get stronger. She will explain to you what is going on in your body and provide you with ways to strengthen, heal and continue on a healthy journey. I highly recommend A Wellness Life to anyone.

  I absolutely love Tammy! She is extremely educated on every aspect of the body, from the ways you breathe, to the ways your posture can affect other areas of your body. She takes your concerns very seriously and she always has an answer. She will go out of her way to make sure you understand whats going on in your body and she will teach you ways to fix it! I had a migraine that lasted DAYS! And she helped the pain almost immediately by teaching me ways to implement tools to relieve the pain. What a life saver. Cant say enough good things about A Wellness Life!!!
