From start to finish the service was phenomenal. No joke. Tyler got my car to the shop within 45 minutes of my conversation with him & provided a stress free process. he called my insurance company, situated my rental, & kept providing me updates. Went above and beyond to accommodate me. Phone calls, videos, pictures, all before I could even have a chance to call him for an update about my car. Never had such an amazing experience with a shop. Ever. My opinion, hands down one the BEST autobody shops in the northern region! The work they did was IMMACULATE with a fast turn around. They did it with ALL new parts, no junkyard after market parts nothing. Every light, screw, clip, all original & they provided me with receipts without me even asking. Crazy right. Last year a taxi hit my BMW 535i and damaged one side. Because the driver never reported it, the taxi insurance was giving me a hard time, however, A&W Auto Sales made the experience so much easier. They were able to get through to the insurance broker and worked everything out!
They got me a rental at a great rate, that picked me up from their shop on the first day and picked up the car from there also on the return!
A&W repaired my car back to brand-new! The paint match that Tyler did was perfection!! - an exact match!

I got into an accident last year with my new BMW X5 and I called A & W Auto Sales to have my car fixed. I never regretted that decision for a second. They are a family owned and operated business and took amazing care with my car. They helped me get setup with the car rental company and let me know the progress of everything they were going to do, including all contact they had with insurance company. When my car was ready, i couldn’t believe the work they did. Looked like a brand new car. The paint job was immaculate! A & W Auto Sales really did an amazing job on my car and I would recommend them ten times over. You will not be disappointed.
Best place to bring your car! My dad recently needed repairs from an accident & we brought his car here. We were given incredible service. A&W handled the claim and set us up with a rental right away. The staff was genuinely kind and provided exceptional care. They detailed the inside & outside of the car. His car looked brand new flawless thanks to their attention to detail. Highly recommended for their kind service and outstanding product quality!
Awesome awesome awesome customer service and overall service!! Sometimes it’s hard to find professional and genuine auto collision service, but Tyler and his dad are extremely professional, reliable, friendly and have great communication. After a minor auto collision they fully took care of my car and helped to ensure that I got my rental. Any sort of damage was fully repaired and my car was fully detailed inside and out to the point where it looks absolutely brand new!
