(August 26, 2023, 9:02 am)A lovely time here yesterday for a girls day after our beach day got rained out. Charming interior and an impressively extensive tea menu. Our server was absolutely delightful. The three of us shared the high tea service and a sausage roll and it was more than enough food. Our food and teas were all delicious. We took our time enjoying our visit and never felt rushed. My scone (almond and cherry) was so delicious I got one to go to bring home to my husband. Meticulously curated gift shop attached. Overall such a great day, I’ll definitely be back.

The tea sandwiches are especially delicious and really hit the spot. The scones and mini desserts are lovely too. Service is always friendly.

(July 11, 2023, 12:48 pm)This charming local tea house is absolutely stunning and I don’t think it’s possible to have a bad experience here. The food, which showcases the best of Britain, is fantastic, but the real star here is full afternoon tea and their large selection of quality loose leaf teas along with their legendary scones. Service is also just as excellent with flawless execution on all fronts including table preparation, food layout, and follow ups. Truly this is a fantastic place to go with your family and friends.
PS: there is plenty of parking and to get to the tea part of the business enter through the main door and then head left through the shop until you find the hostess podium. On your way out or in I also recommend you checkout the shop itself as they offer all kinds of authentic quality British items like candy, tea pots, and various foods. -

(May 15, 2023, 5:24 pm)My family and I had a lovely experience at A Taste of Britain. The price is great for the amount of food you receive. The scones, clotted cream, and lemon curd were DIVINE! The sandwiches weren’t our favorite, we didn’t love any of them but they were fine. The desserts were delicious. It was difficult to finish it all we were given so much food!

(April 15, 2023, 9:40 pm)Finally enjoyed Taste of Britain. We took our niece out for tea and sandwiches. We all had the Full Afternoon Tea. It was a great experience. Reservations are definitely needed. There's also a good ship with tea varieties, candy, crackers, and British gifts, just in case you forgot to purchase on your latest trip to the UK.
