  This place is the most effective and helpful recovery place I’ve ever had the pleasure of attending. The dedication of staff to get to know their clients rather than just gaining as many as they can and not really knowing anything about them is very meaningful. I would recommend this facility for anyone dealing with drug/alcohol issues and they are dual diagnosis well equipped for mental illness. This is the best recovery tool I’ve ever had access to and I’m so thankful.

  This outpatient clinic is a very warm and inviting place to help battle personal issues.
  
  I was involved with this establishment for a number of years and was very pleased with the way I was treated among the physical location and it’s upkeep. The facilities are clean, despite high traffic each day from groups coming and going. The staff are all very kind and helpful and will be there for you if you reach out.
  
  The building itself, well the building(s) are converted old homes of a palatial size and so some of the “offices” and group rooms seem small, but it’s manageable and is handled well considering.
  
  Parking is ample and easy to find throughout the day. Perhaps at peak hours (mid day) it will be harder and one may need to park in municipal parking a half block down the road, but otherwise it is accommodating.
  
  Note that due to it being an OASAS funded place, there isn’t any smoking allowed in the parking lot or on the property- this could get you into hot water- be warned
  
  Overall, if you’re in a position to choose your outpatient facility and you’re considering Step One and reading my review- give it a try, I highly recommend it.
  
  Insurances are accepted and for those who self pay, they have a generous sliding scale to help make it more affordable.
