Having had such a terrible experience with past billing companies not following up on claims, we had many claims denied and left unpaid. We finally were fed up and remembered meeting a billing company at the Mid-Atlantic Podiatry conference last year, so we decided to give them a call. We loved them from the first conversation. Everything they say they will do, they do. A Step Above Health Management is an amazing billing service! When we brought our account over to A Step Above Health Management it was in very poor condition. Nicole, Jodi and their team were able to recovery what we thought was going to be lost revenue. They are very knowledgeable and dedicated. Their customer service is stellar! They have educated our providers, myself and the rest of the office staff on how generate more revenue with an effortless work flow. This was the best decision we made, we are very happy with their services. I would recommend this company to everyone!

I get paid quicker and with a higher percentage of collections. My staff is more efficient as we have relieved them of all the billing stress. I highly recommend them and am confident they will do better than whatever you are doing now for your billing.
