(June 25, 2023, 5:49 pm)After being in therapy with Jessica Mlecz, I want to thank her and recommend her very highly. During our sessions, she was easy to talk to and very supportive.
Jessica helped me break down issues that I struggled with and provided me with valuable insights and guidance. She gave me options for self-care during and after our meetings, options that helped me to address my problems and improve my outlook. I saw real progress in dealing with my issues.
I am in a much better place than when I started. I have a better understanding of the things that drive me. I am actively making positive changes to my life and am more confident in my own ability to shape my future as I move forward. I highly recommend Jessica as a therapist, because she was key in helping me to improve my life. -

My therapist, Christie, is one of the most empathetic, nonjudgmental people I’ve ever met and has helped me build self-esteem and awareness with my mental health. I absolutely recommend this practice to anyone wanting additional support.

She has helped me tremendously with my anxiety, depression and compressed trauma. If you need help, I would definitely recommend them! They will give you the tools and motivation you need to be a better you!

(September 7, 2022, 5:35 pm)The therapists here really care! I have never felt more comfortable or taken care of at a practice. Very warm, kind, empathetic and genuine therapists. I’ve had trouble finding places where I felt comfortable in the past. Not the case here.
