  Jason, assisted by Mike, did an awesome job of installing our new water heater. He was very professional and tidy. Both of these men worked well together. They truly knew what they were doing. Very efficient.

  I have not been moved to write a lot of reviews in the past, but when I find a business that is as concerned for my wellbeing as A-General, I just had to make sure to take the time to spread the word! After a bit of a rough start, I came to find out that the men of A-General (and the owner RIck) really stand behind their work and want to do a great job for you. I had an issue that seemed to be resolved, but then after a bit, I discovered something was not quite right. They came back again and did what they had to do to make sure I wouldn't have further issues and was completely satisfied! You just don't get that kind of service these days! I was very impressed, and will most definitely be sharing their name with friends and coworkers.

  I highly recommend A-General Sewer Service in Old Bridge, NJ. Anthony Jamison is a true gentleman that genuinely cares and is the best in the business! Even though he's a head honcho at A-General Sewer Service , he personally came out to my home on a Sunday to help me with a clogged washer line. When it was clear that the washer line intersected the main line at a V, under a concrete floor, with no direct access, he didn't fold up like a cheap lawn chair! He pulled out his SEE SNAKE (a snake with a video camera on it), located the washer line and bent the snake until it somehow, someway, made its way in to eliminate the clog....remarkable! Talk about tenacity...the alternative was to rip up the concrete floor. He even snaked my main sewer line while he was there at no extra charge. Anthony is my hero and I suggest you ask for him when you call..you won't be disappointed.

  The plumber came on time. Management called to confirm 45 minutes ahead of time. The price quoted over the phone was the price I paid. Any charges for additional services or parts were cleared with me in advance. Connor was polite, professional, personable and effective. I recommend A General 100%. Thank you Connor!
