The people who own/run the farm really know what they are doing and have a wide variety of not only pork but other items as well for a one stop shop for dinner and dessert (they slice the bacon right in front of you)

So far everything I’ve tried, from the fermented beets to a Vietnamese Bao liver sandwich to the custard frozen cream has been made to perfection with skill and love. You can find frozen free range chicken legs and fresh bread.. There is hand spun wool and handmade soap. Lots of artistic touches and artisan products. Go go go

Sadly we missed breakfast... heard The Classic egg sandwich is great. The foodtruck menu changes so you have to check Instagram. Really nice owners. We got chicken livers, wool dryer balls, shishito peppers, all natural soap made from their lard, etc.
