  Staff was polite and communicated through every step of the delivery process. When their were bumps in the road, terminal manager Alex went above and beyond and ensured we received our delivery on time. Cannot thank 5th Dimension enough. Will definitely use them again and refer to anyone possible.

  Very professional company.
  Alex and his operations team answered my questions promptly and courteously and were
  very easy to work with.
  Customer service was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend 5th Dimension and will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

  Best delivery service I have ever used! I had a highly fragile and very large art piece delivered from over seas and I was very concerned about it arriving in tact. When the delivery was made the driver took his time to ensure it was off loaded properly and with care. The staff was very polite with great communication. I highly recommend 5th dimension if you need something delivered properly and on time

  This was my first time working with a shipment company and to be honest I was nervous about what to expect. Thankfully, Alex and his team were knowledgable, resourceful, communicative, and super easy to work with. They pro-actively anticipated any challenges and were always one step ahead of everything in proposing solutions. All in all, they helped us assemble and ship out over 2,000 packages around the world, and my team and I were so impressed.
  
  Alex even offered us special packaging options we didn't know about just because he felt it would be a "nice touch" for our customers. I was worried about losing sleep working with a shipping company but thanks to Alex & team at 5th Dimension Logistix, I'm sleeping better than ever!
