I used 5 Star Movers LLC for a local move within Manhattan and was very impressed with them. The building I moved out of was a third floor walk up with extremely narrow hallways and they had no difficulty getting any of my furniture down. They worked nonstop until the job was done. They even helped me make boxes, tape things up, and wrapped all of my furniture. They were responsive and communicative when booking. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. I had quotes from other companies for the same job that were twice the price, so I was relieved when I got their quote. They stuck to the flat fee agreement and didn’t charge me any extra. Everything was moved with care and no damage occurred to my belongings. It was an extremely hot day in NYC and they never complained. Thank you to Jay and his crew.
