(March 12, 2021, 4:30 pm)I have been getting one on one training for the past month. Two weeks in, I knew I wanted to continue my work with Juan and Elsie on a long-term basis. They are professional, courteous, and want the best for their clients (aka the fitness fam). They are also way more reasonable than other local trainers.
I was lucky to find this place and I hope you all give it a chance. The workouts are accessible, challenging, and fun. The music is on point, and the motivation from Juan is top-notch. Even though he pushes me and makes me do my best, he is going to work you! It hurts so good!

(October 1, 2019, 2:40 pm)Do you like dancing? Join us! Juan and Elsie keep you moving and welcome you in as friends and family members. Juan leads by example and works out with you. He has a positive energy and never-quit attitude. If you don’t feel confident or comfortable working out you soon will. The workouts are versatile and fun. I joined the Y in 2011 after having my son. I was a hands-on mom and needed to have a mental break and physical activity . I went for Zumba but found Hip Hop was better because it was higher impact and energy including jumping jacks, squats and modern music along with 80’s and 90’s. I’ve been going ever since. It can be modified and adjusted to your age and ability level. The choreography is unbelievable. It keeps your mind focused. Elsie is probably the most energetic person I have ever met. Her divas class is a ladies night version of hip hop. The studio is great and they offer different classes and all kinds of special events. I did the yoga clinic which was awesome. Try 413 Family Fitness. The first class is free!

(July 25, 2019, 10:17 pm)413 is a very family oriented. We love to dance sweat and party. I started there two months shy of a year now. I've been to different gyms but this one is different. I weighed 152 lbs when I started, i now weigh 127. No diet just dance and work out 7 days a week. Started on a 10 class punch card to now unlimited monthly. Your first class is free so come check us out. Behind Nick's Nest in holyoke.

(July 25, 2019, 11:19 am)413 Family Fitness is more than just a place to work out! It's a diverse community of people from all walks of life getting fit and, more importantly, having fun! It doesn't matter what your athletic ability is; there's something for everyone. I've been doing Cardio Hip Hop for a couple of years. It is the first exercise I've found that I actually enjoy. There are classes every day, affordable prices, friendly faces, amazing support, and loads of fun! Prior to finding Cardio Hip Hop, I was overweight and did not exercise at all. Now, I'm attending a minimum of 5 days a week and am in the best shape of my life. The first class is always free, so give it a try!

(July 25, 2019, 10:13 am)I've been coming here since October 2018. I was in a rut and over weight. I just got back from Hiking and dying cuz i was so out of shape. I was with some friends and decided to go grab a hot dog from Nicks Nest and I parked right across from disco lights. I was so intrigued i had to find out what it was. Thats where i met Juan and Elsie!! They were doing a Cardio Hip Hop Class. They were so friendly towards me and told me my first class was free. I told them i would be there the next day.... the next day i went and never looked back. SO many classes and something different 7 days a week. From Cardio Hip Hop to Tabata and Juansanity Classes to yoga and now Zumba!! This is a family not just a place to get fit. We laugh and have soo much fun with game night, bingo and once a month we get a Cardio Hip Hop Marathon. Dancing for 90 minutes.. laughing and sweating and enjoying a good cardio work out! I'm down 30 lbs and never felt better. Also my kids are welcomed and they love it too!! Thank you guys!
